What do we use the data for?
Front-sin collects the following personal data for the purposes indicated below:
a) Contact form of the web: the personal data collected through this form will be exclusively used to inform you about the services that you have requested.
b) Online purchases: if you buy any of our products, your personal data will be exclusively used for administrative management related to the product purchased. This means from the invoicing of the product to the delivery of your data to the transport companies contracted by Front-sin to deliver them in the place you have indicated.
How long do we keep your data?
The data of possible clients that do not finish hiring any service, will be automatically eliminated after one year from the contact, as long as the possible client has not shown more interest in our services or products. In the case of buying a product, the data will be processed during the commercial relationship and, once concluded for the time necessary to respond to possible legal liabilities, especially those related to consumer goods guarantees.
In the event that you give us your consent to inform you of our products or services, we will keep your data until you express your wish to not receive more communications from us.
Customer data will be processed by Front-sin, as well as those related to workers, for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship. We will only treat your data for promotional purposes if you have given us your specific consent for it.
Data transfers to third parties
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, unless a law that forces Front-sin to such transfer of data. In any case you should know that we use service providers that are not located within the European Union but that have adequate guarantees for the transmission of your data to their servers or equipment. These providers will only access your data for the provision of services to Front-sin.

Submit a complaint or a writ for the protection of your rights before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection or the regional agency for data protection, if any.
