Deadlines

Deadlines (averaging by origin / destination):
Delivery, throughout the country, 90% of shipments in 1 business day * (24H)
For 100% of shipments delivery is guaranteed within 48 hours
* For shipments from and to have large populations and deposited before 16:00 hours on the afternoon shift offices or offices with 14:30 in the morning hours only.
Remember that both the registered letter Certified, Postal 48/72 as to the mode of Postal Express, may suffer some days delay by customs reasons shipments with destination Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.
The average time of delivery, are all informational purposes only, not carrying it a contractual obligation if these deadlines are not met.
NOTE: Customs charges and local taxes on shipments for the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla, if any, shall be borne by the customer.

Shipping to Portugal
The delivery of a certificate Portugal international is 2-4 business days.
For its part, the delivery of Express Mail International to Portugal is 3 to 5 working days, depending on whether the shipment is headed to Lisbon, Portugal to peninsular or island to Portugal.

Shipping
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and shipping.
Shipments are made by USPS (blue package or letter, or letter Express Mail International Package urgent economic, low signature delivery), to a maximum of 2 days after confirming the payment, except for reasons beyond our control such as parties local, national holidays, strikes, etc..
Shipping charges are always paid by the buyer.

If a shipment is rejected / refused or returned because it has expired or the shipping address is incorrect or inaccurate, it is the buyer pay the shipping generated.En this case the order is not sent until you pay the charges incurred the rejected and / or returned. Returns

We accept returns, no problems

In case of any return, for whatever reason, please contact us requesting it in Customer Service - Returns to be able to process it quickly.We will not make any change or refund if we have not previously received the item you want to return or exchange, there are no exceptions.For a change or return the item must be complete in its original packaging and all accessories, if any.Shipping costs occasioned by returns or refunds are always borne by the buyer.The customized products according to the requirements of the client, according to article 45 section B of Law 47/2002 (can be consulted in the Official State Gazette, BOE, with document BOE-A-2002-24811) can not be returned of an article made to measure.
